Roadside Extreme Adventures Pigeon Forge
Pigeon Forge, Tennessee Review
Going on vacation anytime soon? I already did. I traveled to the awesome city of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Pigeon Forge is a small city located on a huge strip beside the world famous Great Smoky Mountains and also offers some of the world's greatest entertainment. There are tons of things to do there, it would probably take you 1 or 2 weeks to finish it all!
Dolly Parton, award-winning country singer, has even opened her own 2 parks in Pigeon Forge; Dollywood, which offers great rides and entertainment, and Dollywood Splash Country, which offers endless and wet fun for kids of all ages! I'm just getting started. I went to a lot of places, but still only about 20 percent of the attractions because I was there for only 4 days. You can hike up the Great Smoky Mountains for a day, or even take a helicopter ride atop the high mountains. In the nearby city of Gatlinburg, you can take a steep chair lift ride to the top and take some awesome pictures of the surrounding city. Not a hiker? That's fine, because there's still hundreds of things to do. Pigeon Forge has a really cool museum called WonderWorks, it's an interactive museum for everyone! The building is even upside down! You can take a stroll through the dizzy inversion tunnel, see water go up, fly a plane, or see some amazing illusions! After the museum, you could go see a dinner and a comedy show called Hoot 'N' Holler, or catch an amazing magic show! Then, you could take a ride on 40 MPH Go-Karts up a three story wooden track and beat your buddies. Lastly, you could go to the Hard Rock Cafe in nearby Gatlinburg, where your waiters and waitresses have make-up and marker on their faces. Then, that's one day! The second day, you could go to a very rare indoor skydiving building where a fan blows you up into the air. After you've propelled ten feet off the ground, you could travel to nearby Gatlinburg and see the Star Cars Museum, where they have cars from movies like Back to the Future, Ghost Busters, and even Elvis' old Lincoln! Then, you could go to the wax museum and take pictures with your favorite star, or take a stroll down to Ripley's Believe It Or Not! Museum to see some disgusting feats. After this, you could go back to your rented cabin up in the hills, or you could simply go take a horse-back or camel ride for cheap. There's just too much to name, you have to see it yourself!
